What is a digital kiosk?
A Digital Kiosk is an electronic digital video display which is controlled remotely via Internet and which is mounted on a stand. The size of the screen is usually between 65 and 85 inches. You can see an example of a typical digital kiosk on the right. In most cases, it has a touch-screen functionality, so that consumers can interact with the advertisers directly.
Сan you explain in simple terms how your company earns income?
We charge advertisers to display their video ads on our kiosks’ screens. Advertising is sold in batches of 100 slots, each slot is 30 seconds. Each kiosk can display about 200-250 batches per month, average gross revenue is $600-700 per kiosk per month.
How large is the market for indoor advertising in the USA?
Independent market research firms estimate that the total volume of indoor advertising market in the US was over $30 billion in 2023 projected to grow to over $50 billion by the year 2030. Within 5 years, we plan to achieve revenue of about $400 million, less than 1 percent of the total market share which is a very realistic and conservative assumption.
Where do you install the kiosks?
Kiosks are installed in indoor locations with substantial pedestrian traffic such as supermarkets, shopping malls, train stations, gas stations, fast-food restaurants, etc.
Who are your clients (advertisers)?
Any company which sells its products or services directly to consumers can advertise inluding such broad categories as travel tours, car rental, financial services, groceries, pharmaceuticals, cars, furniture, electic appliances, paper and hygienic products, etc
Why should your clients be interested in advertising on digital kiosks?
Due to abundance of various advertising media, it is very difficult to engage the attention of the consumers. We came up with an ingenious method of engaging the interest of passer-bys by running sweepstakes and giveaways on our screens with great prizes which require no payment to participate. How many digitial kiosks do you plan to install?
We plan to install up to 50,000 kiosks within the next 3 to 5 years in about 15,000 locations (3-4 kiosks per location, on average).
What will I earn as an investor?
Within the next 3 to 5 years we plan to reach the revenue of over 400 million US dollars, with net profit of almost $200 million. Company valuation and/or market capitalization can reach $3 billion if and when company goes public on NASDAQ or New York Stock Exchange, and under these conditions the price of one share originally sold for $1 can increase to $10-15 dollars, in other words, an investment of $10,000 can grow into $100,000 - $150,000.

Depending on the location and applicable local laws and regulations we allocate up to 30% of the advertising time free of charge to the videos promoting various nonprofit causes such as community assistance, environmental, philanthropic, culture, etc
